  • 18-22°C: 2-5% slower pace
  • 22-26°C: 5-10% slower pace
  • 26-30°C: 10-15% slower pace
  • >30°C: 15-20%+ slower pace

💧 Hydration Guidelines

  • Mild (<20°C): 500-750ml/hour
  • Moderate (20-25°C): 750-1000ml/hour
  • Hot (25-30°C): 1000-1500ml/hour
  • Very Hot (>30°C): 1500ml+/hour
  • Add 200-300ml per 10°C above 20°C
